Core Charges & Return
Policy
All units are sold on exchange
for another unit of like number.
Core charge is industry standard on parts that need
to be returned due to shortage or obsolete, so they can be
recycled. They must be in Re-buildable condition and of
the same item , part number as you
ordered and received.
We can not take a substitute unit unless cleared in writing
form Special T first.
If the cases are broken or cracked, parts missing and extra labor would
have to be added to repair the unit, then they are not
considered a re-buildable core.
All cores are subject to visual inspection to determine final
core value.
Full core credit is not to be assumed.
$250.00 minimum on warm up regulators and fuel
distributors.
Core charge is applied to new also.
Core charge is based on replacement cost. All sales are final.
Fuel Distributors:
Fuel distributors are generally $369.95 for most 4 cyl to be
rebuilt and
$449.95 for most 6 & 8 cylinder. Normal turn around time
is 2 to 3 day's.
Enrich or enhance at the same time were rebuilding is $200.00
Units sent in alone without rebuilding for enhancement &
enrichment.
This normally done on Euro non
Lambda Turbos.
They are flow tested and pressure
tested as part of the procedure.
Flow test and pressure test only $150.00.

Inside the CIS fuel
distributor. Note rust deposits and how it's
flaking. If this distributor was put back into service without being cleaned, the distributor
and
injectors would be stopped up.

This is what the inside of a FD59X ( 300E )
Mercedes looks like.
Water got in the gas and a can of water remove didn't do it
after 60 days. The only way to clean it out is to
overhaul it.
Also, Please don't take them apart and try to do it
yourself.
