 diaphragm is broken then there will be no
 timing advance.
 Check it by putting
 a rubber hose on the
 input tip and suck on
 it. If you have
a lot of resistance
 then it's normally
  good. The vacuum 
to operate this comes
 from the vacuum
 solenoid to the
 right.
